Synonyms: Dress up. Gear up.

  1. Putting clothes and/or items onto your body, in preparation for some action or event.
  2. The transcending scene when the movie changes. When we enter a climax.
  3. When the character goes through a metamorphosis and becomes who he/she was meant to be.
